Questions

What is newconstruction.live?
A live job-site board for homes being built or gut-renovated in Greater Boston by Plato Asadov of Realestoria. Each project shows its current construction phase, percent complete, a dated photo log and a target completion, updated after every site visit.
Which towns are covered?
Western and northern Boston suburbs such as Lexington, Winchester, Needham, Arlington, Belmont, Cambridge and Westford, plus development sites in Charlestown.
What does "Follow this build" do?
You get one email each time that project moves to a new phase, plus pricing and a private walkthrough invitation before the home is listed on the MLS. Nothing else, and you can stop with one reply.
Can I buy a home before it is finished?
Yes. Ask about any in-progress project and Plato will explain pricing, what can still be adjusted, and the pre-construction purchase process in Massachusetts.
Who builds and sells these homes?
Projects are sourced, coordinated and sold by Plato Asadov, a licensed real estate agent with Steve Bremis Realty Group. Finished homes are listed on the MLS and on realestoria.com.
